Don Jung

DongiI (Don) Jung (Ph.D. from the State University of New York at Binghamton) is a Professor of Management at San Diego State University. He teaches Organizational Behavior, Leadership and Group Processes, and International management. His research interests include transformational/charismatic leadership, cross-cultural leadership, team dynamics and international management. Some of his publications have appeared in many scholarly journals such as the Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Leadership Quarterly, Group and Organization Management, Group Dynamic, Journal of Applied Behavioral Science, Journal of Organizational Behavior, and Journal of Occupational Psychology among others.

John Sosik

John J. Sosik (Ph.D., State University of New York at Binghamton) is an associate professor of management and organization at The Pennsylvania State University, Great Valley School of Graduate Professional Studies, where he has received awards for excellence in research, faculty innovation and teaching. Dr. Sosik teaches leadership, organizational behavior and management accounting classes. His research focuses on leadership processes in face-to-face and virtual environments, groups/teams and mentoring issues. He is an expert on transformational leadership, having published over 50 articles and book chapters and delivered about 35 academic conferences presentations since 1995, and has conducted training and organizational development programs for profit and non-profit organizations. He is Associate Editor of Group & Organization Management and also serves on the editorial board of The Leadership Quarterly. He is the lead author of the forthcoming book, The Dream Weavers: Strategy-focused Leadership in Technology-Driven Organizations (Information Age Publishing). In 2001, Dr. Sosik was awarded a grant from the National Science Foundation to study e-leadership of virtual teams at Unisys Corporation. He is also a Certified Public Accountant in Pennsylvania and a Certified Management Accountant.

Christie Struckman

Christie K. Struckman (Ph.D. State University of New York at Binghamton) is an
assistant professor at San Jose State University. She teaches undergraduate
courses in organizational behavior and organizational change, and graduate
courses in leadership. Christie's research interests include organizational
change, organizational readiness for change, organizational cynicism, and
research methods for the study of organizational change. She has been published
in Organizational Dynamics and Research in Organizational Change and
Development, as well as made various presentations at Academy of Management and the Society for Organizational and Industrial Psychology. In addition, she
works with K-12 school districts and other public sector organizations to
develop strategic plans. Christie worked at Intel for ten years before pursuing
a Ph.D., working as an information technology project manager and strategic
planner. She lives in Folsom, CA with her husband.
